2017 Convention RSVP form

As we prepare for Oklahoma Farm Bureau’s 75th-anniversary celebration at our 2017 state convention, we are proud to invite all 77 Oklahoma Farm Bureau counties to take part in our celebration banquet on Saturday, November 11 at the Embassy Suites in Norman.

We ask each Farm Bureau county to complete and submit the following RSVP form. Each county can bring up to 10 guests to the banquet. Please provide these guests’ names, along with the requested county contact information. In the event additional seating is available, we have provided a place for counties to request extra seats, if available. Please know that requests will be honored only if extra seats are available. Once we receive all RSVPs, we will contact counties requesting extra seats to confirm if the requested seats are available.

Please note: Banquet RSVPs are due by Friday, October 27.
